FANTASTIC GIN-BASED COCKTAILS

Classic G&T

  • 50 ml Ditchling Gin
  • 50 ml soda water
  • 50 ml tonic water
  • Handful of ice

 

Pour 50 ml of Ditchling Gin with equal parts tonic and soda water inside a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with a slice of orange.

Ditchling 75

  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed Blood Orange juice
  • I tsp Sugar Syrup optional *
  • 50 ml Ditchling Gin
  • 90 ml Ridgeview Cavendish (or top up according to glass & taste)
  • Blood Orange peel garnish

 

Add fresh Blood Orange juice, gin & optional sugar syrup to cocktail shaker. Top with ice & shake!. Pour into flute or wine glass. Top with Ridgeview Cavendish. Add a twist of Blood Orange peel to garnish.

Negroni

  • 25 ml Ditchling Gin
  • 25 ml sweet vermouth
  • 25 ml Campari
  • Ice

 

Pour the gin, vermouth and Campari into a mixing glass and stir well and untill everything is blended nicely. Strain into a tumbler and add fresh ice, then garnish with an orange slice.

Bramble

  • 50 ml Ditchling Gin
  • 25 ml lemon juice
  • ¾ tbsp sugar syrup
  • ¾ tbsp crème de mure
  • Crushed ice
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 lemon slice and a blackberry to serve

 

Shake the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker with a good handful of ice cubes then strain into a rocks glass full of crushed ice. Drizzle the crème de mure over the top so it ‘bleeds’ into the drink. Garnish with the lemon slice and blackberry.
