FANTASTIC GIN-BASED COCKTAILS
Pour 50 ml of Ditchling Gin with equal parts tonic and soda water inside a tall glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a slice of orange.
Add fresh Blood Orange juice, gin and optional sugar syrup to cocktail shaker.
Top with ice and shake!
Pour into flute or wine glass.
Top with Ridgeview Cavendish.
Add a twist of Blood Orange peel to garnish.
Pour the gin, vermouth and Campari into a mixing glass and stir well and untill everything is blended nicely.
Strain into a tumbler and add fresh ice, then garnish with an orange slice.
Shake the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker with a good handful of ice cubes then strain into a rocks glass full of crushed ice.
Drizzle the crème de mure over the top so it ‘bleeds’ into the drink.
Garnish with the lemon slice and blackberry.
