FANTASTIC GIN-BASED COCKTAILS
Pour 50 ml of Ditchling Gin with equal parts tonic and soda water inside a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with a slice of orange.
Add fresh Blood Orange juice, gin & optional sugar syrup to cocktail shaker. Top with ice & shake!. Pour into flute or wine glass. Top with Ridgeview Cavendish. Add a twist of Blood Orange peel to garnish.
Pour the gin, vermouth and Campari into a mixing glass and stir well and untill everything is blended nicely. Strain into a tumbler and add fresh ice, then garnish with an orange slice.
Shake the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker with a good handful of ice cubes then strain into a rocks glass full of crushed ice. Drizzle the crème de mure over the top so it ‘bleeds’ into the drink. Garnish with the lemon slice and blackberry.
